...the R9c1a was observed at high frequencies (5 % to 11.1 %) in Philippines and Alor, but it was relatively uncommon in East Asian, Taiwanese, Mainland SEA, and ISEA (< 5 %) (Hill, et al., 2007; Tabbada, et al., 2010).
