Nesting on trees, coconut trees, between banana fruit bunches. You often see them resting and looking for foods around houses. You'll see many near rice fields especially at harvest time. Some times you'll find them doing their morning stretching.

Some neighbours have a quiet living but some are noisy. Sometime you'll hear them chattering noisily with its kinds when they found out that there squirrel around. Normally at harvest time, in the village, if you are still somewhere in the middle of or just near a large rice field, you'll often see them in group of many, just before the sun set, over your head, going back home to the far end bushes to roost. (Burung Mom-po-rok banyak kelihatan terbang rendah, di sebelah senja, di kawasan sawah padi di kampung, balik ke pokok-pokok kayu di hujung sawah untuk tidur.)
